HOW TO USE:
- For adults and children as directed on pack: Rub a thick layer on chest, throat, and back; cover with a warm cloth if desired.

- External use only. Do not apply inside nostrils, mouth, or on broken/irritated skin. Keep away from eyes. Stop use if irritation occurs.
