For change of delivery address, let us know before we can send your order.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
• Our warehouse operates everyday except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

• We encourage customers to always check their email for the updates of their parcels.
• Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link and number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

• For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If parcel is already dispatched, customer must to contact the courier.

• A shipment can be delayed at the origin for a number of reasons, including weather, missing proper documentation, weekends or not meeting certain requirements.
• Customer could contact the shipping provider from their country regarding delays or else send us an email for attention.
