HOW TO USE:
- 1. Pull to open the product cap. Slightly twist the pencil side out. Draw the eyebrow frame and the tail of the eyebrow, then fill in the frame to achieve the desired eyebrow shape.
2. Pull to open the eyeliner product cap. Shake the stick to mix the products. Use the eyeliner brush tip to draw close to the upper lash line from the head of the eye to the tail of the eye. You can draw a thick or thin line as desired. Close the cap tightly every time after use.
