HOW TO USE:
- 1. Take out the heat pad from the plastic outer pouch and remove release paper.
2. Place the adhesive side of the heat pad to inner layer of clothing over the painful area. If the heat pad is placed directly on the for maximum heat level, persons with sensitive skin should check skin frequently during use.
3. To maintain constant heat, cover the heat pad with other clothing such as a coat to other garment.

- 1. If irritation occurs, discontinue using the heat pad immediately.
2. Persons with rheumatoid arthritis, poor blood circulation, reduced mobility, nerve injury, sensory impairment, skin illness, weak skin, skin that is less sensitive to temperature change, diabetes or pregnant women should consult the doctor before use. People who are unable to remove the heat pad by themselves (e.g. elderly or physically disabled) should use under supervision.
