HOW TO USE:
- Drop an appropriate amount of foundation and gently spread it with your fingers or a sponge over your entire face and neck. If you want to conceal blemishes, you can reapply by adding more foundation to the areas you want to conceal for better coverage. Then, apply loose powder or puff powder as desired.
