Return & Exchange (For domestic and international.)

 

Domestic Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If eligible for a return, please do as follows:

  • You may return the product/s personally within 7 days upon receiving.
  • Please bring the receipt with you when visiting the shop.
  • Address: Bahrain – Manama Juffair, Block 341, Road 41, Building 428

 

Domestic Refund

  • We do not issue a refund, but we do exchange item/s.

 

Domestic Exchange:

  • You can exchange the item with its same price regardless on which type of product.
  • If the price of exchange item is more costly than the original price of the returned good/s, customer must pay the remaining amount. (e.g., Exchange item price less the original price of returned item.)
  • We can only exchange item on this address. Manama Juffair, Block 341, Road 41, Building 428

 

 

International Return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Before proceeding to make a return, customer must be knowledgeable of the following:

  1. You are eligible for a return by letting us know maximum of 3 days upon receiving your order. Failing to do so within the given period, will not be granted for a return.
  2. If returned goods exceed 15 days before arriving on us, it will not be entertained.
  3. Reach us at info@thaihousebh.com and wait for our confirmation email.
  4. Please be informed of additional charges.
  5. Customer shall arrange their own shipping and pay all the expense.

Possible expenses are mentioned below:

  • Tax and duties for the exchange item. We are going to give exchange of item but not liable on paying for the tax and duties of your country.
  • If the exchange item is higher price than the returned one, customer must pay the remaining amount. (e.g., Exchange item price less the original price of returned item.)
  • Customer shall pay to the shipment rate of the exchange item.

Follow the steps on returning good/s:

  1. Email info@thaihousebh.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return.
  2. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
  3. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note “Return shipment to ThaihouseBH”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.

 

International Exchanges

  1. If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above. (Follow the step/s on returning good/s)
  2. Once we received your return item/s. We will let you know before you proceed to make a new order.
  3. When finished making new order, send us an email so our team will assist you further.

  • Thai House Cosmetics is not responsible for any warranties. Whereas the customer must contact the agent of the manufacturer with the attached receipt of Thai House Cosmetics for the manufacturer provide a necessary assistance.
